This summer, The Sewing Nook will celebrate it's 22nd year in business. Over the past 22 years, we have realized that what has made our business grow is the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. We have worked hard to build such loyalty and strive each and every day to create your customer satisfaction. The Sewing Nook is one of the few and the largest "full service" sewing machine stores in the Amarillo area, and we have become known for the services you receive and have come to expect when you purchase a machine from our family.

Reasons to Become a Preferred Sewing Nook Customer

1. You will be purchasing a NEW machine with FULL warranty from the manufacturer and The Sewing Nook. This means parts and labor on warranty work is covered FREE of charge and will be performed in our store by our factory trained technical team.

2. You will receive one full year of complete and total coverage FREE. This means from the simple tension adjustment or thread entanglement to the most in-depth repair. Any problems that may occur in that first year is our responsibility as your purchasing dealer.

3. You will receive two FREE cleanings on your machine and thereafter a $30.00 discount on yearly cleanings. Keeping your machine on the manufacturer recommended servicing program and schedule ensures its
longevity and life span.

4. All service work is performed in-store and machines purchased from The Sewing Nook are given first priority. This means you will not have to pack up your machine, and be without it for weeks or months at a time not to mention all the concerns over shipping damage and or loss.

5. You will receive hours of FREE guide classes instructing you in all aspects of how to operate your new machine and use it to it's fullest potential. These classes may be repeated as many times as you need, as long as the machine is current to the line. As well as 8 hours of instruction for any software purchased. You also receive the benefits of taking these classes from our manufacturer trained teachers in a classroom atmosphere with other customers who have like machines.

You will be receiving the most informed and up-to-date machine information as well as "good, old-fashioned" helpful sewing hints and tips.

6. You will receive unlimited telephone and walk in support. When you purchase your machine from The Sewing Nook, we want you to feel free to come in or call anytime with questions that may arise when you are using your machine or software.

7. You will receive a Preferred Customer Card - This is a punch card we stamp with every purchase of regular priced machine notions and accessories. When the card is full, you will receive $25.00 off your next purchase and a new card to start the savings again. This is essentially giving you a 10% discount on all of your purchases. If you purchase an embroidery machine, The Preferred Customer Card also entitles you to a 25% discount on all the embroidery design memory cards for that machine.
